How to book a Photographer/How to request a service and get a price estimate?

Book a services according to your requirement. PhotoG (Professional Photography), VideoG (Professional Videography) and DroneG (Drone Pilot). Select the Shoot date & time, Venue location, submit name, email and Contact detail. Pay the amount and you're all set.

Our Hero will contact you in 30 mins before his job start.

What is ClixoApp?

ClixoApp is the fastest way to book your cameraman and drone pilots Services at your doorstep in 30 Mins* at affordable price.

What is included in your packages/Services?

ClixoApp platform providing 3 professional services. PhotoG (Professional Photographer), VideoG (Professional Videographer) and DroneG (Drone Pilot).

In the package of PhotoG

We provide 3 hour of professional photography to capture your beautiful moments.
50-75 Raw Photos .
Images will deliver by Hero via laptop, SD Card, PenDrive or Online within 12 Hours.

In the package of VideoG

1. We provide 3 hour of professional Videography to shoot your beautiful moments.

2. 30-50 HD/4K Video clips /footage.

3. Videos will deliver by Hero via laptop, SD Card, PenDrive or Online within 12 Hours.

In the package of DroneG

1. We provide 3 hour of professional Aerial Videography/Photography to collect your data.

2. 30 - 50 Raw Photos or Videos.

3. Data will deliver by Hero via laptop, SD Card, PenDrive or Online within 12 Hours.

How much do you charge for the extra hour?

You never know where the day will take you, so knowing if you can add extra hours of coverage, and how much it is in advance will save you surprises. final price will show to your app screen if you go extra hour. OR you can book another pack/service if you need extra shoot.

Can I prebook?

Yes, you can schedule booking any time from one month before the requested time and date. You also have the option of booking more than one pack throughout the whole month.

What are COVID-19 Safety Measures?

We’re following hygiene precautions & the latest safety guidance for all shoots.

Can I book a shoot for my friends and family?

Yes, you can request for multiple people from your own account.

How can I pay?

ClixoApp is designed to be an entirely cashless experience.

When a shoot ends, the payment method selected for your booking is immediately charged. A receipt is emailed to you, and your account's Booking history is updated with details about the Service and price. You can pay via UPI (Phone pe, Paytm, Google pay & Amazon pay etc.), Credit & Debit Card Payment, Net banking, Pay later or Cash option .

Is there a cancellation fee if I decide to cancel services?

If you cancel the service, we will be refunding you money you paid, except booking fee. Which is generally ₹199*.

What happen if ClixoApp hero is not A professional?

ClixoApp's Heroes are professionally expert, experienced and fully trained in their fields that includes being respectful and polite. Still In case your are not satisfied with our heroes(Providers) work. Please share the details with us on this page chat. You can help us improve photoshoot safety and quality by providing a rating for your Heroes. If you haven't rated your Hero(Provider) yet, select the Shoots from the "Booking history" section of the menu in your ClixoApp to provide a rating.
